Westar Truck Stop is owned and operated by the Gallardo Family and our mission as a Family was to become the pioneers of the first 24/7 business and Truck Stop in Belize. After much preparation and hard work our vision of bringing to the Belize market a unique blend of quality products and services that met the changing demands of an increasingly convenience oriented society came together in March 2009.

GALLARDO FAMILY HISTORY
The Gallardo Family originally immigrated to Belize in 1981 from El Salvador. Don Raphael and his wife Carmen along with their 5 children quickly integrated into their new adoptive country and opened their first small Tienda “Carmen's Shop”
Business oriented and hardworking the Gallardo family rapidly understood that their patrons deserved more convenient shopping hours for their busy lifestyles and a wider choice of quality products in one location. Therefore giving realization to Westar Truck Stop Gas Station & Convenience store in 2009.
